All new hires will receive the sign-on bonus after they complete 3 weeks of continuous employment and graduate to the sales floor.

Sales Associates answer incoming calls from people around the country responding to our mailer and calls people who want to enter into our monthly drawing. Once the Sales Associate registers the caller, they offer the caller the opportunity to purchase nationally published magazines at extremely reduced rates. You would be using scripted material to present the magazine offer. This entry-level position can lead to the lucrative Verification department. Fast track candidates are identified during your two week training period. Full Time schedules (37.50 hours/week), most shifts start in the late morning/early afternoon. We also offer evening shifts as well. Successful associates excel at the following skill set:

  • Voice Inflection/Enthusiasm
  • Possess good reading skills ad have a clear speaking voice
  • Listening skills
  • Keyboarding/PC skills
  • Ability to work in a repetitive, structured and scripted environment
