Remote Inbound and Outbound Phone Sales Closers

We are currently seeking highly qualified Sales Closers with the willingness to learn, enjoy challenges and want to be part of a growing team. With 35+ years in business, TDMG is one of the largest direct marketing companies!

Must have:

• Compatible desktop or laptop
• High speed internet (must have hardwired connection)
• USB headset

Duties include:

• Handling incoming and outbound leads selling TMobile products, including, but not limited to, the new 5G internet service and cell phone products.
• Our Sales Closers use scripted material/rebuttals to close sales.
• Pull credit cards over the phone.
• Offer upsells.

Requirements include:

• Experience closing sales and working in a call center environment preferred
• Previous experience pulling credit cards preferred.
• Follow scripts and rebuttals effectively.
• Goal oriented, self-motivated, and competitive attitude.
• Professional, well-spoken, and ability to connect with the consumer.
• Must submit to pre-employment criminal background check

Benefits include:

• Paid training by our elite training professionals.
• $15.50 per hour plus commission
• Training is 12PM to 7:30 PM for two weeks. Work shift is 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM Monday thru Saturday. Sunday plus one weekday off. (5 day work week)
